Our Roots

I know your curious as to how the best BBQ in the world came to be. It could be an interesting read, you never know...like with many things in life, it's all a matter of perspective, heres a peer into ours.

Our sauce

Well now for the good part, the part where you have a decision to make, or not. Either way, we would like very much for you to join us and experience some of our flavor and personality. The sweet is as naturally sweet as the honey that we use to get there and the spicy is the little piggy that will send you home talking to yourself, yet irresistably likable and even with so much heat, the flavor shines right along side it.

We will let the original speak for itself because, well, its' original. However, we will say this, its' naturally smoky through our spices (no liquid smoke to be found here) and borrows a touch of honey and pepper from its flanking counterparts to round out a nice balance for itself. A perfect choice if you are feeling particularly Goldilocksy, right in the middle and just right.
